This afternoon Tom and I went to the gym for an upper body (primarily tricep and back) Workout. This is my 10, 10, 10, 10 workout. It includes the following and in my opinion, a real killer.
- Incline (feet at 4 feet up) Push Ups (hands close in a diamond shape), 20 reps. per set.
-Wide Grip Pull-ups (begin with unassisted until you cannot-try for 10 per set)
-Unassisted Dips (10 reps. per set, finishing at 7-8)
-Bent Over Reverse Grip Barbell Rows (10 reps. per set)
I have just about perfected my new eating plan. I will share it within the next few days. Have a great Sunday evening, and don’t forget to train hard and eat wisely.
