14 Weeks to a Leaner You (at the end of 2 weeks)!!!

Good evening everyone!!! Tonight, my husband, Tom and I completed a 1 hour leg workout. We did 5 sets of the following:

-Walking Lunges (12 steps down and back is one rep.) using Dumbbels, 30lbs each side
-Calf Raises (on machine), 10-12 reps. per set
-Straight Leg Deadlifts, (10 reps. per set)—8 sets of these
-Hyperextensions (10-15 sets and then to exhaustion towards the end)

On another note, I signed up for the Absolute Fuel fitness photo contest. Absolute Fuel is a new weight loss support system. Each month the company is holding a contest to select one lady (who ever gets the most votes) to receive a placement in the “Girls of ABS Fuel” Calendar, free product and a one year modeling contract. The participants must be affiliated with or be members of a fitness organization associated with competing: Fitness, Figure, Bikini, Physique, Fitness Model, Body Building etc. I am an IFPA (International Fitness & Physique Association)  Female Bodybuilding Pro. I received my Pro Card in October 2011.
